Return, Refund and Exchange Policy

Refunds
Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Limit one refund per customer.
To initiate a refund contact us by email info@tightenznow.com
To be eligible for a return, please return the original packaging, receipt or proof of purchse and unused portion.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Return Shipping 
To return your product, you should mail your product to: TightenzdbaAlmarHoldingsInc., 1621 Central Avenue, Cheyenne WY 82001, United States
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $49, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Limits To trying Out The Product
We encourage customers to try our product and allow you to test as follows:
4 unit box – you may try one suppository and return 3 suppositories for a refund of the price paid for the 4 unit box.
8 unit box – you may try 2 suppositories and return the 6 unused  suppositories for a refund of the price paid for the 8 unit box.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If your shipment arrived damaged or defective, send us an email at info@tightenznow.com and send your item to: TightenzdbaAlmarHoldingsInc., 1621 Central Avenue, Cheyenne WY 82001, United States.

Exchange Shipping
We will exchange to credit return shipping costs for defective merchandise returns.
